Privacy Policy

Zephyr Drone Solutions LLC ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, email us and we will explain it in plain English.

What we collect

• Contact form submissions. When you request a quote we collect your name, email, optional phone number, the service you selected, and your message.
• Newsletter sign-ups. When you subscribe to our weekly UAS briefing we collect your email and (optionally) your name and organization. We also record the IP address that submitted the form, which we use only to prevent spam.
• Job and pilot data. If you become a client or pilot, we collect the operational information needed to service the engagement (location of the job, equipment used, deliverables, invoices). This is not shared with third parties except as required to deliver the work or to comply with the law.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry, deliver the service you hired us for, or send the newsletter you signed up for.
• To run our operations: invoicing, scheduling, FAA compliance records, training, and recordkeeping required by law.
• To improve the newsletter and the website over time.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your information.
• We do not share your address with advertisers, brokers, or third-party marketers.
• We do not use third-party tracking cookies on the public website.

Email and the newsletter

Our newsletter is delivered using Gmail's secure SMTP relay. Each issue contains a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can also reply to any issue and ask us to remove you. We honor unsubscribe requests immediately. We comply with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act.

Service providers we rely on

We use a small number of vendors to operate the site and the platform: Cloudflare (DNS and edge protection), our cloud-hosted Stripe account (when you pay an invoice), and Google Workspace (email). Each has its own privacy policy, and each has access only to the data needed to provide the service.

Your choices

• You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in every issue.
• You can email us to request a copy of the information we have about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it.
• If you are a client, you can ask us to delete deliverables once an engagement is complete and you have received your copies.

Security

We take reasonable, commercially standard steps to protect the information we hold. No system is perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we ever experience a breach that affects your data, we will notify you promptly.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy in a meaningful way, we will post the new version here and update the effective date above. For major changes that affect existing subscribers, we will also send a notice in the newsletter.
